Holiday Cancellation Policy

• Oak Ridge Kennels must be notified FOUR (4) DAYS prior to your reservation date before 10 A.M. for proper cancellation.
• No-shows or late cancellations will be charged for THREE (3) DAYS of boarding on the credit card used to hold your reservation.
